The Jabbar family has let property in the Potteries since 2000. Aftab and Sophie Jabbar founded the company in 2011. Today the second generation, Umaid Ahmad and Iman Jabbar, work alongside them to grow the business, which now manages more than 150 properties for over 50 landlords.

How we work
We're landlords ourselves, so we manage every property the way we'd want ours managed. That means referencing tenants properly, answering the phone, doing the inspections we say we'll do, and giving landlords a realistic rent figure rather than the one that wins the instruction.
Much of our letting happens through the network of tenants and landlords we've built up over the years. When a property needs wider marketing, we advertise on portals such as Zoopla.
Because we also handle maintenance, refurbishment and property sourcing, we can give a straight answer when a landlord is deciding whether to refurbish, re-let or add to their portfolio, and find the next property for them if they decide to buy.
