How renting with us works
- Register or enquireTell us what you need, or ask about a property you've seen.
- View the propertyWe arrange a viewing at a time that suits you.
- Apply and be referencedWe check identity and right to rent, income or affordability, and previous landlord references. Referencing is free for tenants.
- Sign and move inYou sign the tenancy agreement, pay the deposit and first month's rent, and we check you in with an inventory.

Your deposit is protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), a government-approved scheme. Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, we can't charge you for viewings, referencing or your tenancy agreement.
Your tenancy
Since 1 May 2026, tenancies in England are periodic, with no fixed end date. You can end yours by giving two months' notice. Rent can only be increased once a year, with proper notice. You can ask to keep a pet, and your landlord can't unreasonably refuse.
Repairs and emergencies
If we manage your home, report repairs to us by phone, email or WhatsApp. For genuine emergencies outside office hours, such as a serious leak, loss of heating in winter, or a security problem, use the out-of-hours number we give you when you move in.
