Portfolio and HMO management in Stoke-on-Trent

HMOs
Houses in multiple occupation carry extra rules on licensing, fire safety and room sizes, and more tenants to manage. We manage HMOs as part of Full Management. Licensing requirements are set by the council, so check Stoke-on-Trent City Council for the current position for your property, or ask us.
Fees
Portfolios are managed on our standard Full Management terms: 12% of the rent including VAT, and a one-off £180 set-up fee including VAT per property. See all fees.
