What you handle after move-in
With Let Only, you become the tenant's point of contact. That means collecting rent, arranging repairs, inspections, protecting the deposit within 30 days, serving the right information and notices, and keeping gas, electrical and EPC certificates current.
If you'd rather not, Full Management covers all of it for 12% of the rent including VAT.
