- Give notice in writingSend it to your current agent and keep a copy.
- Instruct usWe confirm the handover date and what we need from you.
- We collect the recordsTenancy agreement, referencing, inventory, deposit scheme details, and gas, electrical and EPC certificates with their renewal dates.
- Your tenant hears from usWe confirm the new rent payment details and how to report repairs, including our out-of-hours emergency line.
If the deposit is held by your current agent, it needs to be transferred or re-protected correctly. We'll check this with you as part of the handover.
