Property types
The northernmost of the six towns, Tunstall grew around its own pottery and coal-mining industries and retains a mix of Victorian terraces and later interwar housing. Tunstall Park and the town's own high street give it a more self-contained feel than some of the more central towns.
Rental & tenant demand
Demand is largely local and family-driven, with more affordable terraced stock attracting first-time renters and buyers priced out of central Hanley.

Among the more affordable of the six towns, which supports gross yield calculations, though tenant demand and turnover should be checked street by street rather than assumed.
Transport & nearby areas
Close to Kidsgrove and the Cheshire border, with bus links into Burslem and Hanley. The A527 runs through the town.
